Coaching or workplace supervision can be provided face-to-face, by phone or by email. Lifescape coaching aims to provide an ongoing dialogue that is challenging, professional and positive.
Coaching is intended to help people become more successful and effective in the contexts and organisations they operate in. Lifescape coaching supports individuals as they develop their skills, improve their personal wellbeing and work-life balance, and progress their career.
Coaching and supervision for managers/leaders can also be provided to develop personal and professional effectiveness, and improve team leadership and people management.
2007 Costs
One-off or ongoing face-to-face coaching sessions based at my consulting room in Banbury are priced at £45 per 50 minute session.
Packages of coaching and supervision based at your own site may also be available depending on travel distances. Online support is also available. These packages are charged at a negotiated consultancy rate - contact Steve for details. The minimum charging time for onsite work of this nature is half a day (3.5 hours) plus travel and subsistence costs.
Fees for coaching and supervision are payable by cash or cheque at each session, or can be paid on an invoiced basis by negotiation.
